How to clean your makeup applicators, naturally & easily

Did you know there is an easy, chemical free and affective way to clean your make-up brushes and skin care applicators?

Simply boil 1 cup of water, wait 3 minutes, and then pour two teaspoons of distilled white vinegar in. Stir the liquid and then dip your brushes and swirl them around gently. Rinse them under hot running water and then follow with a cold rinse. Ensure you reshape the bristles and then dry the brushes flat.

You should be washing your brushes and sponges thoroughly once a week, especially if you are using liquid concealers and foundations. For other brushes like powder and eyeshadow brushes, once every couple of weeks is ok.
