So you hit the sauce a little hard over the festive season? How's your skin looking? Dull, dry, breaking out? Don't worry, we've got you! In six quick steps we will have your skin looking clear, plump & glowy. 

Step 1: You probably need to hydrate, so get started on 2-3 glasses of water ASAP. Remember that alcohol & caffeinated drinks dehydrate you, & your skin. Water is your friend. Try to drink 8 glasses a day to help hydrate your skin & keep it clear. 

Step 2: Did you break the cardinal rule & sleep in your makeup? Get that off, stat! A gentle oil cleanse with your favourite Windella Farm face oil will remove even the most stubborn of eye makeup. Follow with a quick cleanse using a WF soap to remove any remaining residue. 

Step 3: Detoxify with a natural clay mask. We love the antioxidant rich Ivory Clay & Berry Boost mask for this time of year. Step 4: While rinsing off your mask in the shower, exfoliate away any dead skin cells using a warm wash cloth in soft, circular motions over your face. Be gentle, the skin on your face is delicate!

Step 6: Sunscreen! Every day. No arguments. Sun damage is the #1 contributing factor to visible signs of ageing like sun spots, pigmentation & wrinkles.
